Daniel is an incredible handyman! He has performed repair and installation services for me on more than 30 occasions since March 2017 (the most recent was yesterday). I am admittedly a perfectionist, but thankfully so is Daniel! He takes pride in his work and no project is too big or small for him to tackle. He is honest to a fault and if the job falls outside the realm of his experience, he will tell you upfront and may even have a referral for you. He is a stickler for punctuality, and is very friendly and reliable with a multitude of skills and abilities. Daniel has completed numerous major projects for me (removing and replacing toilets, replacing cracked floor tiles, installing a wheelchair ramp and security doors for my 80 year old friend, framing my TV, etc.); medium projects (hanging 2 chandeliers, installing solar lights in my front yard, power washing and sealing my driveway pavers, installing and programming my Ring security cameras, replacing my kitchen faucet, fixing loose tiles on my roof, etc.); and smaller projects (replacing batteries in my smoke detectors and alarms, replacing shower heads, repairing a broken drawer and broken sofa leg, patching holes in the walls and repainting, etc.). He also helped my disabled brother, installing a keypad on his garage door, and even helped him replace his microwave and printer. Daniel was very nice to him and treated him with respect and kindness; the same way he treated my 80 year old friend. Daniel may seem a little "pricey" but my parents taught me that "you get what you pay for" and Daniel is worth his weight in gold. I especially like the fact that after every job, he asks if I am happy with the work he did that day and if there is anything else he can do to make it even better. Obviously, I will continue to hire him for all future tasks!
