I purchased a C-Pap machine. Over several years Apria received auto-payments from my checking account. When I noticed the unusual activity I called Apria to straighten it out. It took me three calls and two hours, mostly on hold, to have a representative agree that it was a mistake. She explained the two charges would be reversed. One of them was. The other was not. I have spent hours, mostly on hold, trying to rectify their mistake. Finally, after months of waiting, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Apria charged me again. I haven't been able to get anyone from the Company to explain what the charge is for! I have communicated in writing and on the phone trying to resolve the issue. The local office where I purchase my supplies has no access to the billing and basically refuse to get involved. NOW they have a Collection Agency harassing me. This is in addition to robotic phone calls from Apria demanding payment no less than twice a week. DO NOT GIVE APRIA PERMISSION TO CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
