For their promo online, they suggested appointments so I booked on online and showed up about 10 minutes before my 11am appt time. There were 2 people ahead of me but they kept letting people cut in line to pay. It was just frustrating being ignored while the 4th person cuts the line to pay. No reaction from the staff. The other people just walk up while you're waiting so they can do their own thing.
I cancelled my appointment after the receptionist kept calling people from the side to just walk up and pay. I don't go to foot spas for their customer service but they just had absolutely NO service.
