Okay. So this is some of the best food... and one of the best dining experiences I've ever had in madison.... till the very end when I found a really long hair in my food... I pulled it out right in front of the host and he didn't acknowledge it. This is the only thing preventing me from giving them 5 stara. Aside from that that- the broth was flavorful, the veggie plate plentiful, and noodle and continent bar very generous. The great thing about this style of cooking is the evolution of the flavors. As you add things and take them out the flavor palate changes, grows.
