Holy cow! Or, holy cow jerky! I never knew there were so much types of meats that can be turned into jerky. Not only was there beef jerky, there's pork, fish deer, alligator(!) buffalo elk, ,and salmon. In all kinds of flavor too.. peppered, teriyaki, plain, etc. Snacks galore, like peanuts, dried cuttlefish, octopus and dried fruits of all shapes and sizes. Located off a side street near the Fremont Experience, I must say this place has all kinds of dried snacks. Wall to wall full of Hawaiian type dried snacks with rows of beef (and other animal) jerky. So many choices, so many of them exotic. I tried the alligator jerky; it tastes like chicken! with a bit of fishy ocean taste. I'll be making a return trip the next time I'm in town.
