I am updating my original review. Since writing that review, I have used this Hertz 3 or 4 more times solely due to convenience of location.
Since then, the office seemsnto be upgraded a little more each time. All the furniture is new, desks new and the office is free of clutter. It looks far more professional, other than needing to be painted inside.
I always get the same woman helping me (only woman that works there I believe) and she is awesome! Each time she is friendly, courteous and prompt. She is thorough with the vehiclen inspections, always offers me a possible discounted upgrade, and gets me on my way quickly. They always have my car and if not upgrade me for free.
I will continue using them go forward. Hopefully she will be managing that place soon.
