I received a notice from UPS telling me that they attempted delivery. Instead of scheduling a second attempt, the notice told me that I needed to pick it up at the UPS store three miles away. I arrived on Saturday 5/7 around 11 am. They had two people behind the counter. A disengaged young woman attending to customers and an elderly lady who didn't so much as even look up. Eventually, the elderly lady disappeared in back, never to return, even though there were three other customers behind me. It took me nearly 10 minutes of standing there before I had to announce my presence. I witnessed absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. Frankly, I have had better, more personable service at the post office. 7/9/16 UPDATE: I have been asked to alter this review because UPS' new one-attempt policy is not controlled by the store. I understand that, but my review and rating is NOT about that policy. The first paragraph merely explains what brought me to the store. I stand by every word of my experience once I arrived there.
