I called Dr Comfort to get help with my furnace that was shaking and rattling. Another company told me because I had a small house I just needed a "Mid-efficiency" furnace. I left a message for Dr Comfort to call me back to get their rates and three days later when the sales rep or whoever it was called back, he started yelling at me calling me a liar and who the "H**L" am I? Shocked and taken aback, I said, you must be confusing me, I am calling about a mid efficiency furnace. He replies "Oh Yeah, well obviously you are a liar because mid efficiency furnaces were banned 25 years ago! Why don't you take your business elsewhere, I would never deal with you!" I told him he is clearly a psycho and his attitude was beyond shocking. I would NOT recommend the services of this company to anyone. EVER.
Since the review has been posted Bud the "manager" is now sending me nasty emails making personal attacks on me, calling me names. Very mature Bud! Guess what, YELP isn't the only place your company has negative reviews. Grow up!
