So I'm just going to start off by saying that I put one star because you can't write a review without rating it and unfortunately I can't leave it without any stars. I came here because it is closer to my home then most dry cleaners. To my surprise, they don't even dry clean there, they take it elsewhere.I took in my Michael Kors sweater that cost me $115 dollars and when I received, I was completely upset. The white areas were brown (they looked so dirty) and the small plate on the side was torn off. Why would you even consider giving me my clothes back in such terrible condition? Well unfortunately I picked this up while dropping more items to them and the lady that assisted me said it would be done today by 3pm which is perfect because I needed it for tomorrow morning. I go pick it up and it's not even ready and the person I spoke to named Jess or Tess I'm not even sure, but anyways she was completely rude and was attempting to charge me extra because she stated that I was charged wrong. First of all, why would you even attempt to charge someone extra when they have a physical copy of the amount given to them. Second, why are you given time frames that you can't stay accountable for. This was very important to me and now I have to drive to Tucson to purchase this $60 uniform shirt that's ONLY sold there. She wouldn't even reimburse the shirt and still wanted to charge me extra. I understand that there may be certain situations occur, but they could of called me and informed me that this was going to happen so I could take my business elsewhere that actually dry cleans at their location. I will never return here and highly recommend to take your items elsewhere as well.
