Impressed!
I read the reviews for Dino's on Yelp, and I'm so glad that I decided to listen to the good people here!
The service slot was for 8am - 4pm. I always cringe when I have to make these types of appointments because I feel like my whole day is consumed by waiting. But, the day of the appointment, I got a call at 7:30am from John saying that he would be at my place at 8am. And... drum roll.... wait for it ... he was at my place at 8am!!!
John was neat, polite, and friendly. I apologized for my house being messy, and he replied with a smile, "Well, you live here, don't ya?" Ahhhh... so nice not to feel judged. :)
John went right to work and knew what was wrong within 5 minutes, even though it was apparently "pretty rare". Maybe I've had too many bad experiences, but I feel like other companies would've tried to replace the part and charge it to me or blame the failure on me to get more money (there are a lot of stipulations & conditions in the manufacturer's warranty saying that, essentially if you breathe wrong, you'll have to pay for the service call), but there was none of that with Dino's. He had the part in his truck, replaced it, and was completely done and out the door in 30 minutes. No hassle at all. I was so happy -- and also relieved that I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket to repair my new dishwasher. .
Bottom Line: He showed up on time. It took him less than 30 minutes to diagnose the problem with my dishwasher, replace the broken part, clean up, and leave... and he was able to fix it without charging me anything out of pocket.
Will I use Dino's again? Absolutely!
Will I recommend Dino's? Absolutely!
Was I so impressed that I had to go create an account on Yelp! just to tell everyone else about Dino's? Um, yeah... guilty. :)
