Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Not only is the dial a ride dispatch a failure but so are the drivers they send out. Today I got a cab I was very hesitant to get into. If I wasn't desperate to get to a very important meeting, I wouldn't have taken this ride. The cab was crashed all over and the inside was so disgusting. I felt like I needed a bath after. vThe cab was covered in food stains and I couldn't move the vents to get air. The vents were too disgusting to touch. I know dial a ride is discounted fair but that doesn't mean I should be sent disgustingness. I am so disappointed. I was forced to give a star or i would have given.
