I'm a fan, but my dog has never gotten sick from going here. ::knockonwood:: I can totally understand the less than stellar reviews regarding that. If my dog gets sick, you can bet I'll be revising this review.
I agree with everyone else - my dog LOVES it. I get her groomed here, and leave her the whole day for a free day of daycare (it's nice they don't charge extra on the days you have them groomed too) so she can socialize with the other pups. They love her too, and seem really nice.
It's convenient, so I probably won't go anywhere else unless she starts getting sick.
((Sigh, now I'm worried...))
