Sad little visit this last Monday. I was barely spoken to sent to sit in a stuffy boring hot office with crap chairs and old magazines then completely forgotten. When I told them I was still there, (they hadn't noticed after all) , I was stuck in back to again wait my ass off forever. at 30 minutes past appoint time I picked up my hat my keys and my hand bag and said, fuck it....I'll find another dentist it is just a sell up environment. They care not about you one sou....barely said hello, didn't say good bye. Awful place , no one called to ask why I left. This is either because they are robots with no brains or it is such a common occurrence that it doesn't register. By the way I had told them that I was working that day and running late and asked if I could arrive late. They insisted 12:15. I sped 15 over the limit to be there at 12:15 on the dot. Yes I do have excellent customer service skills
