You're very right on that inconsistency review Alicia.R
It happens to us as all the time, regardless of which DD we go to, it's never the same, they should follow a recipe regimen so they're always the same, I also order the caramel latté & just hope it tastes good everytime I take that first sip & if it's not.. they're always so busy the hours that I stop by that I just don't hassle to return it.
It's disappointing!
