I have been going to Fuzz for about 1 year now (I signed up for the Faithful Membership) and normally have upper legs and Brazilian done, and occasionally armpits. I do not have a specific staff member that I see and have been to a variety of estheticians. Every time the service has been great. I like that they use hard wax on sensitive areas. I have been to places that don't and it makes a huge difference. The salon is always clean, service is always professional. I honestly do not have any complaints. I love the online booking service it is easy to use and also easy to cancel. I will be renewing my membership.
