My wife and I had never been to this hospital, but chose it due to proximity when we had to put our poor 17yr old pup down. In such a terrible circumstance, the staff were amazing. They went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of and explained every step of the process, allowing us to grieve in our own way. About 5 days following, still heart broken, they sent us the sweetest card with all the staff signing with a thoughtful message. In addition, they put the paw prints of our little pup on the card giving us something tangible to always remember him by. We will be going back here when we get our next pup.
