If you decide to have your orthodontic work done here you better have a very flexible schedule. I have spoken to the office on two different occasions explaining I can not keep taking time off from work every month and asked for appointments to be booked late afternoon or on Fridays. They will not try to accommodate any times or days I have asked for. Instead the first time I called regarding this problem I was told I could have my daughters braces taken off and when my schedule clears they could be put back on. My daughter has had her braces on now for almost a year that is absolutely ridiculous and unless I quit my job my schedule will not be clearing. Yesterday I asked if they could schedule a Friday so I could have family take her, I was told they didn't have a Friday available until July. After going back and forth I said I would take the Friday, then I was told she couldn't book that far out. Absolutely ridiculous!!! They book 2 weeks out and could not accommodate an afternoon appointment at either location. If your not a stay at home parent and can't work around their schedule I suggest you choose another orthodontist.
