I had a terrible experience with A&R. Im not sure if this was because I attempted to go through my home warranty company, but this was awful. The technician had to come out two times and found new problems each time he came out. Then, a compressor had to be ordered for my A/C unit. For some reason it took more than 24 hours just to get the part ordered, and I'm still not sure that the part ever got ordered. After six days, I went with another company and got my A/C up and running that night. The most frustrating part wasthe receptionists I spoke to did not seem to care about my situation. My 2 year old had to sleep in 95 degrees for almost a week. Unacceptable, at least pretend to care.
