I really wish yelp would allow negative stars! Don't be fooled by this company! They are a complete scam and I will be reporting then to the BBB. Not only do they take their sweet time responding to alarms (almost 2 hours every time) but they contract their patrol cars with third party companies. The people that work there are uninformed and rude! When I moved somewhere that already has a system in place, they refused to let me out of my contract. I continued to pay for a year and a half and went through hell trying to cancel it. After multiple phone calls and being on hold for HOURS on end I was informed that the only way to cancel was to send a 30 day notice by mail! Their response to my notice was a slap in the face! They informed me that they would discontinue my service at their leisure. They picked a new date which was closer to 60 days and told me that I would have to continue to pay until then, even though I had fulfilled my contract and sent the notice!! Please beware!!!!!
