I love this place! The instructors here are so incredibly nice and encouraging. No matter what skill level you are the teachers just want the best for you. I thought I hated hot classes. I thought they were dirty and disgusting. They clean it after every class and i think they spray the room with essential oils so it doesn't smell like sweat.
Every class is a new challenge and I am super excited fr the Decatur and Blue Diamond location to open.
I think the prices are appropriate if you go to a class every day or 5 times a week. It definetely pays off.
If you are thinking abour joining this gym, definitely do a drop-in! After my first class, i was hooked. i would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a lifestyle change.
