The customer service here is TERRIBLE. There is a separate "line" to pick up online orders and I was standing there by myself for almost 30 minutes while the workers walked by and ignored me, avoiding eye contact before someone helped me. All they had to do was give me my order that I already paid for. This is the 3rd time it has happened and makes me not want to order from here anymore.
