I went back to the salon after one of the owners contacted me after he read my review about my experience. I was very impressed that he even took the time and trouble to address my concerns, so much so that I decided to give them another chance. Per their recommendation, I made my appointment with Beli, one of the owners and stylists. I brought in some photos of the cut and color that I was interested in. She looked at the photos and explained to me what she would be doing to achieve the result I wanted. She also told me how long each step would take and even gave me an amazing scalp treatment accompanied with a eucalyptus eye cover.
The receptionist offered me a beverage and kept me well hydrated throughout my appointment. It was a much better experience than I had before, especially since Beli explained everything that was going to be done in great detail. She also made sure I was comfortable during my appointment and was very pleasant and friendly. I'm so glad that they contacted me and asked me to come back for a "do over". Beli and Scott are very responsible and more importantly, caring business owners and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely be back.
