From start to finish, the car buying process was the best. Marquiesse was amazing as we went through the entire process together. He went through all of the finanacing options available. They held the car I wanted for 4 days as I needed to get some things in line. Marquiesse called to check up on me, even on his day off!! He offered friendly service and great advise. When I went in to finish my purchase, since Marquiesse was off, Aristotle assisted me with all the paper work. Ari is very polite and knowledgeable, as he explained everything. He even shared some amazing pictures of Greece where he's from! When it was time to get my keys, I walked to the back where my car was and it had a pretty yellow carmax now on it. Ari took pictures of me, of course!! He also went over all the features of the car and congratulated me time and time again! Overall this was the most amazing used car buying experience. #STRESSFREE
Although, when I took my car in for service a week after the purchase, since there was some cosmetic damage and not much was able to be done, I am still very happy how stress free and easy everything was.
