Beware patients!!! I had a procedure at Warner Park OutPatient Surgery--they were in network for me and close to my doctor office. My treatment required 3 visits. Each time they requested me to pay $185.28. My coinsurance according to HealthNet was $85.28. So, to date, I have given them $300 more than I should have. Spoken to Healthnet and supposedly there is an appeal process Warner Park happening because they want more money. And of course since it's in the "process" my money cannot be refunded until every thing is settled. My services were in April & March, and yes I have been fighting that long to get my refund. Phone calls, messages, even wrote a letter, NEVER got a call back from Warner. So now the insurance has called them twice to intervene for me. Bottom line....have to wait until appeal is over. Of course when I did ask them why I had to pay $100 over what the insurance quoted as being my coinsurance I was told that not every procedure is done the same way. I'm not happy with them and will not ever use this facility again.
