The guy that answered the phone was totally rude. He asked me if I needed a van or a regular car and I said something that will fit 4 people and luggage. He repeated his question "do you need a van or a regular car". I told him he was rude and he said he would cancel my reservation and I could call someone less rude. I hung up. I did not know what a regular car meant a Hyundai or a suburban? He would not help. Bad bad service.
