It took them 3 and half months to put our kitchen back in order and even then we had to constantly remind them of a sense of urgency. Mind you we had already had dealt with our kitchen being torn apart for 3 mths before they even started. Also by the time they finally got to replacing our kitchen backsplash they gave us only one option and didnt let us pick it out either. The color of backsplash is now a lot darker now than original and its taken time to get used to. They told me theres nothing they can do about changing color because its been installed when I complained about the difference. I do like the countertop better now but thats only because they let us pick that out unlike the backsplash. They subcontract out all their work to a bunch of different companies who barely know whats going on and miss important details (like not reinstalling our tile before installing cabinetry). They did fix this but the headache of that was annoying. They also seem to charge the insurance way too much in my opinion $13000 just to replace granite, 2 cabinet faces, drywall and backsplash. I think you can get a whole new kitchen for that price! In short they do the job but dont expect much more and they can be a pain to deal with.
