Bad customer service. I have the McDonald's app. Seems no one in the area knows how the app works. Why have the app if you don't get your points. I buy the frappes several a week. I can't seem to get my points here or the blakeney location. They don't know how to use and don't know why it doesn't work. I should have 5 already. I haven't received any!! Don't waste your time with the app and the Pineville Matthews Rd location is rude!!!
