Star Wars room- we stayed at PH for my husband's birthday. I made the reservations a few months before and asked if there was any way to reserve a themed room since all the rooms have their own movie or celebrity theme. My husband is a big Star Wars fan and I wanted to be sure we got that room. I was told that there was no was to reserve it but they would try by putting a note on my reservation.
I week before my stay I called the front desk to confirm the reservation and talked to Sarah about my situation. She asked me to give her a few hours and she would see what she could do for me. I called back later that night and she was able to reserve the room I wanted. She had to look up the room number for the theme I wanted and there were 3,000 rooms to search. I felt soooo bad that she had to go to that much trouble but she was very pleasant and eager to help me with my husband's birthday surprise.
Thanks to her, I got the room I wanted with an AMAZING view of the strip. We had a fun night out to dinner at PH Chang's with some good friends and had a wonderful experience. Thank you Sarah and the rest of staff at the Planet Hollywood.
