The second star is for the amount of dresses in store.
The associate who helped me was rude. She didn't seem to take into account what I'd like my dress to be - she kept putting me in dresses that were heavy & ball gown after I told her that's what I don't want. When I got to a dress that was OK, she then proceeded to try and upsell me with their deals, putting on earrings and a veil (which I'm not planning to wear on the big day & told her). She then had the alterations lady come over to give me an estimate. After that, I was left standing in the middle of the store for a solid 5 minutes all done up, like that would finally make me fall in love with the dress. Very uncomfortable and I couldn't leave the store quick enough.
