Horrible Place to live!!! Looks beautiful, But a nightmare to live at Croix .. The day I moved in my townhome was dirty. I've seen more staff come and go. Lots of drug activity and they don't tell you about the units that got broken into by thugs. I myself was almost carjacked while pulling out of my garage in the complex - they leave gates wide open on weekends. I also had horrible experience with Giant size Roaches.. I complained and complained.. I could not handle it.. Not Safe place to live and not to mention the Giant size Roaches did it for me... I had a walk through on my last day with a new manager, I made sure place was way cleaner than how I moved in and they sent me all of $50 back out of my $250.00 deposit.. Don't Move in the this place - you'll regret it.. Oh One last thing in the middle of summer my air conditioner broke and it took them days to fix.. They Don't care about you once you are moved in and signed a lease.
