Spent over $7000 on a couch and chairs from this store. 3 years later the couch looks like it is 20 years old.The leather is pealing off. We have to cover it with a blanket when guests come to our home due to its poor condition. Called the store manager ROB OLSON who passed me around to customer service who insist I pay for new cushions and a trip charge to inspect the product. The LAZYBOY furniture is over priced and the customer service sucks !! My advise is go to COSTCO and buy their better quality furniture for half the price and excellent customer service
