They came within window provided even called before they showed up (I didn't answer since I wasn't sure who was calling though). Were very nice and courteous. I've never had my vents cleaned but I moved into new place recently and have bad allergies in AZ in general and hoped it would help some. They took video of issues at a/c unit so I could send to owner and see if he'll take care of it so unit doesn't die. Prices for additional service(s) suggested seemed pretty reasonable. Will definitely call them back for any other cleanings.
