Drive through services suck! There is always communications problem; the crackling of intercom system and hard to understand what the staff is saying. I can't hear what they say and they yell at the intercom which makes things worse! Teas are never stirred well so a lump of sugar stuck in the bottom of cup. Sometimes, the crispy chicken sandwiches have no dressings / sauce. They don't ask you if you want spicy or regular chicken and assumed I want spicy. I'd rather go to the other Tim Hortons around the corner (Southwest corner of 16th & Leslie) and walk in instead of using the drive through!
Bacon chicken ranch wrap has more burnt crumbs than normal bacon and there were only one piece of lettuce and that lettuce looks like it went bad.
