I called them because they had a tune-up special through SRP. The tech arrived and never even removed the cover to the ground unit. It was low on freon and quoted 350.00 a lb. and said it would take 1.5 lbs. He never even checked capacitor output or really anything else. The special was 29.95 and really worth about 5.00. I wrote to president of company who had a some phony words of guranteed satisfaction on back of invoice but he never returned my email. Obviously, a poor managed company that will rip you off if you use them.
