I stopped by on a Saturday mid afternoon. The line was not long. Waited about 30 minutes. yes, the line is not perfect yet. I did grab a ticket first, but then an employee came around with tickets (her number was smaller than mine) because most people do not grab a number. I got a lobster tail, éclair and cannoli. The best was the lobster tail and éclair. The cannoli was OK. I will be back!!! I will try different things - the cheesecake. Next time will have to try the restaurant as well.
