We found ourselves in this Downtown Summerlin Mall (because we were staying right next door at the Red Rock Resort) and just picked this place at random. Walking in, I noticed how clean and well-decorated the place was. Very clean lines and appealing.
We sat down and I put my service dog under our table. My girl had the grilled cheese sandwich and I had the chicken & avocado salad with an order of Unagi (sushi). The grilled cheese comes on a rectangular dish with six triangular wedges and a cup of tomato-based soup for dipping. Really tasty. My eel sushi was baked to perfection and quite tasty. My salad was so fresh and delicious. It was SO refreshing in this utterly ridiculous heat and humidity.
Our server was attentive and friendly. I really have no complaints. The food was unique and quite fresh. I would definitely eat here again.
