My first Yelp review here. Only writing now because I had a great experience with A.S.A.P. I just happened upon a small hive of critters developing in my backyard. Freaking out over "Africanized" bees in AZ, I immediately started looking for bee removal services. I was not as concerned about the price, just wanted the problem gone before it got to be too big. I found A.S.A.P. , read a couple of quick Yelp reviews, got Kevin on the phone right away. He told me what he could come by house first thing tomorrow, quoted me a price, told me he would also honor an online discount coupon to lower my price and said he'd be happy to help me with my problem. But before confirming an appointment, he asked me, "Are you sure they're bees or could they be Wasps?" With him on the phone, I ventured closer than I dared to take a second look. I then realized "Hey, those are Wasps, not bees!" I told Kevin. Well, instead of just saying "no problem, we take care of Wasps also", he told me that If I wanted to (I take it as meaning "if you're not afraid to"), I could take care of that problem myself at the price of a can of Wasp spray from the store! He then gave me strict instruction on how to do the deed, including the time of day I should proceed with my execution (VERY IMPORTANT! ) I'm off to pick up said spray and waiting till 9PM to go hunting. If it works, and they are all gone, I'm out a few bucks. If not, I'll call him and let the pros handle it. But in any case, I appreciate that Kevin didn't just use my bee panic as a means to suck $150 buck out of my wallet (which I would have gladly paid). Integrity is a really underrated quality in business. Thanks Kevin!!
