I called on Friday and got a price for lenses installed in my frames. I asked what my insurance discount was. They said my insurance was closed, so they'd call them on Monday. I called back Monday afternoon, and they forgot to call the insurance company. She didn't want to call, because she makes her calls in the morning. Friday I stopped in the store, to see if they ever called, but they said they tossed my info. We had to start over, but now they wanted $20 more than my original quote.
