The tire service was impeccable. The only downside was the rebate was a hassle. I had to spend 2-3 hours dealing with e-mails, phone calls and rude people at the rebate center. However, the manager at Discount Tire was great with helping me out with the issues. Rebate Centers hope to wear you down so you'll give up and not collect your rebate. I'd suggest buying tires without rebates.
