Hello I joined a 12 week running program with coach Janae and Laura. After joining the program coach Janae contacted me via email and asked me what my goals are. At my first session both coaches greeted me and we went on our first run. We did a startup jog to the nearby park and started our work out for the evening. During the entire time the coaches motivate me and gave me tips on my stride. After the run we got some popsicle for reward which was amazing because it was very hot they even had sugarless popsicles, how awesome is that. Even though I'm not a member of Lifetime but they treated me like I was part of the family. I cannot wait to see my progress and the weeks to come. Thank you ladies
