I came across Mirabella like many other reviewers, by Groupon. I had a Saturday afternoon appointment, but to be honest I was scared, the other reviews are terrible! But, I had a wedding to attend within the week so I had to go where there was an available appointment. It's a clean, professional looking place. The lady at the front desk (maybe the manager who all the complaints are about?) wasn't the nicest person but my stylist, Olga, was beyond kind, friendly, and gracious. I've never felt more comfortable in a stylists chair. She made my hair beautiful, the highlights are perfect and the haircut was excellent. If you book an appointment, ask for Olga, you won't be disappointed.
