Will never go there or any Orangetheory again! Worst experience ever! No where in the introduction email does it say that they will actually turn you away if you are not there 15-25 min before. On what planet does anyone get anywhere that early especially working moms with 2 kids that had to wait for their husband to get home so they could make a 6:30pm class?
I have never been so embarrassed as I was turned away in front of a room full of people even though I was there 5-10 min early. Is this rocket science??? I have been working out for 25 years....I think I could understand the 5 min version of how it works.
