Do you know how to spell ghetto? S-U-N-C-H-A-S-E! This place is way too expensive for how dumpy of a place it is. There's no sense of security here whatsoever, anyone can walk into our complex and light palm trees on fire (which is exactly what happened!) not to mention the fire extinguisher was expired and didn't work at putting out any of the fire. The fire extinguisher nor glass case which it sits in were replaced until after the office received continuous complaints about it. They are lazy, cheap people who don't give a rat's ass about their complex. The background check is a joke considering one of my neighbors was a meth head and another had their door kicked in and was robbed blind, my back window of my car was smashed out and many solicitors and vendors walk throughout the complex leaving their ads and spam mail at everyone's doorsteps. These owners suck! Don't live here!!!
