Evo is my go-to spot in the Old Town area for dinner. There are some great happy hour deals on food, and the focaccia draws me back every damn time. I just can't say no to it. The honey and salt and cheese? Ugh. I crave it just writing this.
However, Evo can be hit and miss. The pastas I've ordered (especially the spaghetti) have sometimes been soggy or overcooked. But when they hit, they hit.
Plus, the ambiance is cool... and the service is strong. Evo's always my main option when I want to sit down and eat somewhere for dinner.
