I would not recommend this property. After having lived at the apartment for three years there were several issues with the apartment. But most importantly when I found a home to buy and gave the complex it's proper 60 day notice to leave, I made a mistake due to all the housing cost and shorted the rent this month by an innocent mistake. The office decided to wait to send a late notice until 9 days after the rent is due. For this late fee I was charged $130.00 dollars. I believe this was on purpose since the staff confirmed that they were surprised by the shorted rent since I had always been on time. They could have walked 50 feet to my door when they noticed the mistake, but since they realized I was moving out, they decided to make extra money. To be fair this is in the lease, but it did feel very purposefully insulting since I had been such a good and reliable tenet. So this was the last straw and this report appears to be my only avenue to complain. The main problem with the complex is security and cleanliness. On my side of the complex in the last three years 5 cars having been broken in to, our moped was stolen, two other mopeds were stolen, a bicycle was stolen, the mail boxes for the entire complex were broken into, the gym was always dusty and unclean, and I received a skin fungus from the hot tub. Considering that they are a more expensive complex, I must not recommend their service. I did complain and ask for something to handle the security issues, but they expressed that was not their concern. Finally the tenets are very much into everyone's business, and the quality of life of the tenets leaves much to be desired. I'm sorry I can't recommend them, but being in my 50's and having lived all over the country I feel experienced to suggest you find another place to rent from if you have cleanliness or security concerns. Particularly considering the price.
