Staff were very friendly and helpful, never aggressive (and especially patient, as it took multiple visits and consultations for me to decide on what I wanted, I'm fussy). Even after I had paid but had questions, everyone was still as helpful and pleasant as before. As others have noted, EQ3's delivery estimate of 4-6 weeks is a little optimistic and I was becoming frustrated after 8 weeks but was pleasantly surprised when my salesman stepped in and got my Arie chair delivered earlier than previously thought possible. He even followed up with an email to make sure all was good. I was, and I am! And damn, this Arie chair is comfortable.
