I had a good experience my first time at Bell Auto so I decided to come back again. BIG MISTAKE !!! I paid $1500 for a new Katzkin leather kit to be installed in my 2015 Expedition. When I picked up the car I noticed the headrest was damaged FROM THEM WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE LEATHER. When I asked him to fix the headrest he refused saying it was too expensive !!! IF YOU BREAK IT THEN YOU NEED TO FIX IT !!! So now I have to order a $600 headrest from the dealer to fix the damage they did !!
