Not to bad mouth other companies, but I hate when I go to a car wash place and the auto glass repair people literally harass you to fix the chips in your windshield.
I finally decided to get my glass repaired when my mom drove from California to visit and her glass got chipped. I had heard about Pro Glass and gave them a call. Erika was great on the phone, explained the entire process, and even called our insurance companies to handle the claim process. She was very professional, not pushy.
The other great thing is that Pro Glass came to my house on a SATURDAY and fixed both of our cars right in the driveway. I love when companies provide such excellent customer service. They made the entire process simple, professional, and didn't waste my time. I highly recommend Pro Glass. I understand they do any type of glass work, too, not just windshields. I will absolutely use them in the future!
