In Queso Emergency I pray to Cheesus I love this shop. Wait, I LOOOVVVVEEE this shop. Anyone who knows me would agree that my four basic food groups are beer, sausage, french fries and CHEESE! They have cheese made with beer, smoked cheese, goat cheese, the best stilton in town and a whack of cheese I can't even pronounce. I've been here soooo many times and am yet to try a quarter of what is available. They also have a cheese counter where you can TASTE test some cheeses (I swear I just drooled). Also (drum roll please), and this is my favorite part, there is a section that allows you to pick 3 different kinds of cheese for $14 dollars! (Mind blown!) They also have a variety of sausage from Quebec and an olive bar (for lack of a better term) that you can pick and package yourself. So if you haven't been there already, WHAT THE FONTINA ARE YOU WAITING FOR!!?? Fuggedaboutit"
