Fantastic Experience! Ben showed up early for the job, and was very prepared. He was very thorough with his inspection, and brought up several great points I had not even thought to consider. They have state of the art equipment that detects insulation issues, and temperature variations. He did a free termite inspection without me having to ask, even though he was about $50 less than the other two estimates I got for the inspection in the first place.
I had the report in hand with all of the photos, and recommendations very fast! Less than 24 hrs. The report was well done, and easy to understand even for me, and I know nothing about homes... He even included pictures and sizes of items I need to replace in the report so I can easily take it to Lowes, and purchase the items without research. Over all Great Experience, and would recommend to anyone.
